The Dandelion Effect Mentorship 2.0

Program Structure & Time Commitment

Dates: February–September 2026
Live Calls: Thursdays, 1:30–3:30pm PDT

  • Weekly 2‑hour live practicum sessions (February–May)

  • Mastermind & Hot Seat calls added in July

  • All sessions are live and recorded

Cohort Size:
Cohorts are limited to 6 practitioners to ensure depth, feedback, and relational safety.

Mentorship Experience (What You’ll Actually Be Doing)

This is a hands‑on practicum. Participation includes:

  • Consulting with at least one client per week (required)

  • Being paired with a fellow Dandelion Effect cohort member

  • Weekly sessions structured as follows:

    • ~20 minutes of client or content‑based questions

    • 45‑minute practice session between cohort members

    • Immediate feedback for individual and group learning

    • Teaching through lived‑in session experience

    • Group feedback, reflection, and celebration

This rhythm allows learning to move from theory into embodied practice in real time.

Support Beyond Live Sessions

  • Private Facebook community for ongoing connection and integration

  • Relational support from cohort peers

  • A mentored environment that values nervous‑system awareness, pacing, and sustainability
